The enterprise is located in the existing factory area of Shandong Fortune Chemical Co., Ltd. in Ningyang County Magnetic Kiln Economic and Technological Development Zone. There are existing production lines for potassium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and calcium nitrate in the plant area. Water film treatment facilities are adopted for synthetic waste gas of the project, lime water spray tower treatment facilities are adopted for liquid waste gas, and cyclone water film treatment facilities are adopted for drying waste gas. The production wastewater of the project is reused for production, and the domestic wastewater is removed and transported by the sanitation department after septic tank treatment without discharge.

3. Project Summary: The enterprise is located in the existing factory area of Shandong Fortune Chemical Co., Ltd. in Ningyang County Magnetic Kiln Economic and Technological Development Zone. There are existing production lines for potassium nitrate, magnesium nitrate and calcium nitrate in the plant area. Based on the existing public works and some environmental protection projects in the plant, the proposed project will build a new production line with an annual output of 50000 tons of high potassium nitro water-soluble fertilizer. The main equipment includes reaction kettle, filter press, fluidized bed, tail gas tower, centrifuge, crystallization tank, redissolving kettle, automatic packer, storage tank, etc. Covering an area of 10044.8 m2 and a construction area of 7104.8 m2, the total investment of the project is 27.73 million yuan, of which the investment in environmental protection is the 500000.
