Discharge and measures before 3. audit

(I) exhaust gas

Waste gas includes reaction tail gas of potassium nitrate production line, drying waste gas, packaging waste gas, raw materials and product loading and unloading storage dust, dust not collected in the production process, etc. Nitrate mist (in terms of NOx) and particulate matter generated by the reaction kettle of magnesium nitrate liquid preparation, dust generated by feeding, crushing, mixing, packaging and other processes in the water-soluble fertilizer production unit, and NOX generated by large and small respiration of nitric acid metering tank. Exhaust gas is collected and treated and discharged after reaching the standard.

(II) wastewater

The drainage system of the plant area adopts the methods of rain and sewage diversion and clean-up sewage diversion; the initial rainwater is discharged into the initial rain collection tank of the plant area, and then into Huayang Deere sewage treatment station for treatment in batches, and the rest of the rainwater is discharged into the rainwater pipeline of the park nearby and then into Haizi River. Wastewater mainly includes: tail gas treatment wastewater, filter press flushing wastewater, vacuum pump drainage, ground flushing wastewater, worker domestic sewage, ground cleaning wastewater, circulating system drainage, steam condensate, circulating system drainage and tail gas treatment wastewater. Filter press cleaning wastewater, vacuum pump drainage wastewater and tail gas absorption wastewater are recycled for production without external discharge. Steam condensate is recycled for filter press cleaning water, vacuum pump drainage water and tail gas absorption water. After being treated by septic tank, domestic sewage is discharged into Huayang Deer sewage treatment station together with circulating cooling sewage for treatment, and discharged into Ningyang Magnetic Kiln Central Water Co., Ltd. for further treatment through one enterprise and one pipe.

(III) noise

The noise source is mainly the mechanical noise generated by the operation of the production equipment. Through the distance attenuation of the plant area and the sound insulation of the building, the noise at the plant boundary can meet the requirements of Class 3 standards in the Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008), and the construction has little impact on the surrounding sound environment.

(IV) solid waste

General solid waste includes domestic waste, potassium nitrate, nitro calcium magnesium water-soluble fertilizer, high potassium nitro water-soluble fertilizer produced in the production process of filter residue, waste filter cloth, dust from dust collector, and unqualified products for granulation. Garbage collection bins are set up in the domestic waste plant area, and the domestic waste is collected by the sanitation department on a regular basis. The production process of potassium nitrate and nitro calcium magnesium water soluble fertilizer produces filter residue. The main components are silica and a very small amount of magnesium oxide, which belong to general solid waste and are sent to Ningyang Huayang Fertilizer Co., Ltd. as filling raw materials. The waste filter cloth produced in the filter pressing process is mainly composed of silica and a very small amount of magnesium oxide, which belong to general solid waste and shall be removed by the sanitation department after cleaning. The main component of ash under the dust collector is potassium nitrate, which is recycled for production. Non-conforming products will be produced in the granulation and screening process of nitro calcium magnesium water soluble fertilizer production process, which is a general solid waste, and the non-conforming products are recycled for production.

Hazardous waste includes: waste lubricating oil, waste lubricating oil drum. All hazardous wastes are entrusted to the units with hazardous waste treatment qualification for disposal.
